Competitions terms and conditions

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2. This competition excludes employees of Successful Events Limited, The Hotel, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. This promotion is an online promotion only. There is no telephone or postal application route available.
4. Successful Events Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions.
5. Entries without a valid company email address shall not be entered into the competition.
6. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Successful Events Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. All additional expenses including spending money, travel insurance, travel to and from the venue, additional accommodation required outside of the prize stated are the responsibility of the prize-winners.
8. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. Successful Events Ltd reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.
10. Successful Events Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
12. By entering the draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller (as defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.
